Gazprom swings to 202 bln rbl IFRS net loss in January–September

MOSCOW, Nov 30 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom posted a 202.207 billion ruble net loss in January–September against a 1.107 trillion ruble net profit in the same period of 2019, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a report on Monday.

The net loss attributable to the shareholders of the company amounted to 218.378 billion rubles against a 1.048 trillion ruble net profit in January–September 2019. Sales revenue contracted by 25% to 4.3 trillion rubles.
